What's inside — one ingredient
Rendered beef tallow (100% beef tallow) Slow-rendered from American-raised cattle to a clean, neutral cooking fat with a high smoke point (~400°F / 205°C). It sets firm and creamy at room temperature, melts clear in a hot pan, and carries flavor the way butter and lard used to before the pantry filled up with seed oils. That's the whole list. Nothing else goes in the jar.
How to cook with it
Spoon a little into a hot skillet for eggs, steak, and hash browns. Toss it with potatoes or vegetables before roasting. Use it to sear, fry, or finish — anywhere you'd reach for butter, lard, or oil. A little goes a long way, and it keeps for months in the pantry, no refrigeration required. Melt gently over low heat. For safety, never leave tallow unattended on the stove.

Farm Fresh Tallow is pure edible tallow — one ingredient only — rendered and packed at a certified food facility for cooking. Same honest source. Different purpose. Different jar.
Does it need to be refrigerated? No. Kept covered in a cool, dark pantry it stays good for many months. It will firm up when cool and soften near heat — both are normal.
What can I cook with it? Eggs, steak, burgers, roasted potatoes and vegetables, cornbread, pie crust, searing and frying. Its high smoke point makes it well suited to high-heat cooking.
